Export Grid data in Grid View
Grid View provides a tool to download your raw Grid match data as a CSV file. You can generate five reports at a time for your company's Grid View account.
Prerequisites
You must be logged in to Grid View with a role that includes data export permissions.
To export Grid View data:
From either eu.maxsight.com or us.maxsight.com, log in with your Grid View user name and password. If you do not know which URL to use or don't have login credentials, contact your organization's administrator.
Select .
Select All available data or choose A date range.
The export includes inquiries submitted during the range selected. Large export files can take a longer time to generate. You can reduce your export size by narrowing the date range to only the data you need.
Select .
Review the details of your export.
Select to make changes to your export settings before generating the file.
Select to begin the export. A message displays to confirm your request. While your report is being generated, you can do other things in Grid View. You'll receive an email when your report is ready for download.
Select in the email. A ZIP file that contains your CSV downloads to your computer.
The export file contains inquiry and entity data for your account during the designated date range.
