Reset your Maxsight password

Your Maxsight account is managed by Moody's Identity Service. To regain access to Maxsight, you must reset your Moody's SSO account password using the steps in this guide.

If you're a federated user, meaning your login is managed through your corporate SSO, contact the administrator of your corporate SSO identity provider to reset your forgotten password.

To reset your forgotten Moody's SSO account password:

  1. Navigate to login.moodys.com.

  2. Enter your email address and select Next.

  3. Select Reset your password.

  4. Enter your Moody's SSO email address and select Submit.

  5. Check your email inbox, including your junk folders, and follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.

To change your Moody's SSO account password:

  1. In Maxsight, select the Manage account icon and choose Password. Select the link, which redirects you to your Moody's SSO account main page.

  2. Select Change Password and follow the on-screen instructions.
