Prerequisites
To view the Tasks tab on the Entity management page, the feature must be enabled for your institution. Contact our Client Service team for more information.
Task views are available to institutions in our EU and US environments.
The Tasks tab on the Entity management page displays a table where rows represent tasks and columns show data about those tasks and their associated entities.
Entities with multiple tasks have one row for each task rather than one row for the entity. To see all the tasks for a single entity, select the entity's name. The entity's tasks are listed in the Due diligence tasks section.
Note
The data displayed in each row is for the current version of the task. You can see data from expired versions of the task on the entity's task page. Learn more about task versions.
By default, the Incomplete tasks view is displayed. To learn more, see Apply a view.
Task quick views
Quick views are views that have been set up by Maxsight. These views are available from the drop-down menu with the filtering and sorting described here. It's not possible to modify these views.
The quick views available on the Tasks tab of the Entity management page are:
