Apply a view
Learn how to apply an Assessment or Task view on the Entity management page.
Prerequisites
To see the Entity management page, you need the Assessments permission for at least one assessment.
To apply an Assessment or Task view on the Entity management page:
Select in the Maxsight header bar to navigate to the Entity management page.
If the Task views feature is enabled for your institution, select the tab for an Assessment view or the tab for a Task view. Learn more about Task views.
Select a view from the view drop-down menu to apply it.
You can select any of the quick views or, for Assessment views, any custom views you've saved.
Note
The number in brackets next to the view name in the drop-down is an estimate of the number of assessments or tasks that match the view filters. For an accurate count of your assessments or tasks, use our reporting feature.
