Edit a contact in Grid
As a Web Admin user, you may be required to edit an active or inactive user in Grid.
Prerequisites
Users must be assigned to the Web Admin role to perform contact management operations.
To edit an active or inactive user's information:
Go to > > .
Add search criteria to locate the user and then select to display the results.

To view all contacts, leave all search fields blank, and then select .
Select to return both active and inactive users.
Select to display the Edit Contact dialog box.
Edit user information and application access roles as required. The User Name field is not editable.
Select .
