Overview page for company entities

The Overview page contains the following widgets:

• Entity information : Displays Company name, Address, Legal Entity Identifier (LEI), Phone number, Email address, Website, Company number, Shares, Liability, Ownership type, Country of incorporation, State of incorporation, Incorporation date, BvD ID, Tax ID, Legal form, Legal status, Previous company name, and Updated date. These fields are only shown if there is data available for them, with the exception of the company address, which displays an error if data is missing.   Following these fields, data for up to nine custom fields is displayed in the order the fields were added to the entity. Any additional custom fields are displayed on the Entity data page. For more information about custom fields, see About custom fields.

• Assessment tasks : Displays the assessment and its associated tasks. The widget shows the next incomplete task and the assignee's name, followed by the list of the next three tasks with their status, and a link to the Assessment overview page. Each assessment for the entity shows its required tasks listed in the order specified on the Assessment overview page. For more information, see The Assessment overview at a glance.

• Assessment risk scores : Displays the overall risk score and shows what is contributing most to the overall score. Each assessment for the entity has its assessment risk scores listed in the order specified on the Assessment overview page. For more information on assessment risk, see Assessment risk.

• Ownership information : Displays the verified owners and shareholders that have been added as associates of the entity.

• Financials : Displayed only if the Assess financials task has been added to the entity. The widget shows the latest information on Operating revenue, Net income, and Number of employees.

• Credit risk score : Displayed only if the Assess credit risk check is enabled. The widget contains a high-level score indicating the risk of encountering substantial credit-related challenges. The risk is calculated by comparing a company's current probability of default (PD) and implied rating to those same metrics six months ago.

• Ownership and officers: Displays all the associated individuals connected to a company entity. This widget lists people included in Ownership, Officers, and Authorized persons information, as well as key details associated with them, such as ownership percentage details and assessment status.

• Recent activity : Displays the latest five activities from the entity's audit report.
