Activate a contact in Grid
As a Web Admin user, you may be required to reactivate an inactive Grid user.
Prerequisites
Users must be assigned to the Web Admin role to perform contact management operations.
To activate an inactive user:
Go to > > .
Add search criteria to locate the user and then select to display the results.
Note
To view all contacts, leave all search fields blank, and then select .
Select to return both active and inactive users.
Select in the actions column to display the Activate Contact dialog box.
Confirm the user ID and select .
