GBG IDscan is a data provider that you can use to run the following checks:
Setup requirements
To set up a variant of the ID verification (Maxsight collects documents), ID verification (service collects documents), or Document verification (service collects multiple) with GBG IDscan, we need:
Your GBG IDscan username and password, provided to you by GBG.
Your GBG IDscan Journey definition ID. This is the ID of the journey defined for the integration, for example, verify proof of ID or conduct enhanced biometric verification. The GBG professional services team can advise on obtaining this value. For proof of other supporting documents, such as a birth certificate or proof of address document, enter
POAin this field.For the Document verification (service collects multiple) checks, we also need your GBG IDscan Customisation ID. This specifies the design of your hosted page. Contact the GBG professional services team for help setting this up.
Test your configuration
Once the check variant is configured, follow these steps in your demo environment to test whether it's working as expected.
Contact the GBG professional services team to request test data for your configuration.
Create a new individual entity in Maxsight using the test data from GBG.
Run the check variant. If the check passes, it's working as expected.
