Data filters in Grid View dashboard reports
Data in Grid View dashboards can be filtered to customize the data that is displayed in the reports.
Account heatmap
You can filter the Account heatmap by:
Firms: Select one or more firms' data to include in the heatmap.
Entity type: Select a check box to filter heatmap data by Organization, Person, or All inquiries.
Batch date: Adjust the start and end dates to include data for inquiry batches within a certain lookback period or a custom range.
Stage value: Select a range of Critical-Valuable-Investigative-Probative (CVIP) stages between 1 and 5 to include only data within that range.
Account stats
You can filter the Account stats dashboard by:
Firms: Select one or more firms' data to include in the reports.
Submitted date: Adjust the start and end dates to include data within a certain lookback period or a custom range.
Open items
You can filter the Open items dashboard by:
Firms: Select one or more firms' data to include in the reports. By default, the data for all firms that the user can access is displayed.
Submitted date: Adjust the start and end dates to include open items within a certain lookback period or a custom range.
Operational dashboard - review
You can filter the Operational dashboard - review by:
Firms: Select one or more firms' data to include in the reports. By default, the data for all firms that the user can access is displayed.
Submitted date: Adjust the start and end dates to include inquiries and matches within a certain lookback period or a custom range.
You can also filter the Alerts by Grid profile country and the Entity matches by inquiry submission country reports individually without affecting the data in other reports.
Operational dashboard - user
You can filter the Operational dashboard - user by:
Firms: Select one or more firms to include users with access to those firms in the reports.
Submitted date: Adjust the start and end dates to include inquiries and matches within a certain lookback period or a custom range.
iCAD user: Select one or more iCAD users to include in the reports. You can also apply this filter to individual reports in the dashboard without affecting the filters in the rest of the reports.
iCAD match close date: Adjust the start and end dates to include matches that were closed within a certain lookback period or a custom range.
PEP heatmap
You can filter the PEP heatmap by:
Firms: Select one or more firms' data to include in the heatmap.
Entity type: Select an option from the drop-down to filter heatmap data by Person, Organization, or All.
Date: Adjust the start and end dates to include PEPs within a certain lookback period or a custom range.
