Grid Reporting dashboards and reports
This topic provides a listing of the Grid Reporting account and operational dashboards, including a listing of the reports that each dashboard contains.
Grid Reporting dashboards are a suite of reporting and data visualization tools that provide on-demand data access and insights.
Account dashboards
Account dashboards provide visibility into things like inquiry and match volume, alert rates, and overall usage across firms. These dashboards allow you to identify emerging trends and anticipate changes that may require action.
Account heatmap
The Account heatmap shows match counts for each event and stage combination, based on your CVIP configuration and screening activity for the selected period.
The heatmap's matrix layout helps you spot which risk events and stages generate the most matches.
Rows show CVIP categories and their associated risk codes, for example, BRB for bribery.
Columns show risk stages and sub‑events, such as alleged or accused.
Each cell shows how many unique Grid profiles matched that event and stage combination. One inquiry can match to multiple profiles, and each matching profile increases the cell count.
Color shading highlights volume, with darker colors indicating higher match counts and lighter colors indicating lower counts.
A legend explains how colors map to match volume.
Note
The Information-only ( IFO) code may appear when profile data is available, but no formal risk event or stage is assigned.
For definitions of the codes used in this dashboard, see the Data topic.
