Inactivate a contact
As a Web Admin, you may be required to inactivate an active user in Grid.
Prerequisites
Users must be assigned to the Web Admin role to perform contact management operations.
To inactivate an active user:
Go to > > .
Add search criteria to locate the user and then select to display the results.

To view all contacts, leave all search fields blank, and then select .
Select to return both active and inactive users.
Select to display the Inactivate Contact dialog box.
Select .
Note
Depending on your account configuration, the selected user may have portfolio or decisioning work assigned to them.
When that occurs, an option to reassign that work to another user is displayed.
