Notification events
You can choose to be notified about the following events in Maxsight:
Assessment events
Event name | Description |

Assessment assigned to you has been passed | Sends a notification when an assessment assigned to you has been passed by someone else or the workflow. |
Assessment you assigned has been passed | Sends a notification when an assessment you assigned to someone else has been passed. |
Assessment assigned to you | Sends a notification when a new assessment has been assigned to you. |
Assessment assigned to your team | Sends a notification when a new assessment has been assigned to your team. |
Assessment assigned to you needs manual completion | Sends a notification when an assessment assigned to you includes one or more tasks that are incomplete or have failed. |
Assessment assigned to your team needs manual completion | Sends a notification when an assessment assigned to your team includes one or more tasks that are incomplete or have failed. |
Unassigned assessment needs manual completion | Sends a notification when an unassigned assessment includes one or more tasks that are incomplete or have failed. |
Assessment assigned to you is nearing expiry | Sends a notification when an assessment assigned to you includes one or more tasks that are nearing expiry. |
Assessment assigned to your team is nearing expiry | Sends a notification when an assessment assigned to your team includes one or more tasks that are nearing expiry. |
Unassigned assessment is nearing expiry | Sends a notification when an unassigned assessment includes one or more tasks that are nearing expiry. |
Assessment has a new custom expiry date | Sends a notification when an assessment includes one or more tasks that have a new custom expiry date. |
Assessment assigned to you has a new custom expiry date | Sends a notification when an assessment assigned to you includes one or more tasks that have a new custom expiry date. |
Assessment assigned to your team has a new custom expiry date | Sends a notification when an assessment assigned to your team includes one or more tasks that have a new custom expiry date. |
Unassigned assessment has a new custom expiry date | Sends a notification when an unassigned assessment includes one or more tasks that have a new custom expiry date. |
Task events

To assign tasks and to view the Tasks tab on the Entity management page, the feature must be enabled for your institution. Contact our Client Service team for more information.
Task assignment is only available in our EU and US environments.
Event name | Description |

Task assigned to you | Sends a notification when a new task has been assigned to you. |
Task assigned to your team | Sends a notification when a new task has been assigned to your team. |
Task you assigned has changed status | Sends a notification when a task you assigned to someone has changed status from incomplete to complete, or from complete to incomplete. |
Task assigned to you has changed status | Sends a notification when a task assigned to you has changed status from incomplete to complete, or from complete to incomplete. |
Task assigned to your team has changed status | Sends a notification when a task assigned to your team has changed status from incomplete to complete, or from complete to incomplete. |
Task assigned to you has a new custom expiry date | Sends a notification when a task assigned to you has a new custom expiry date. |

Entity events

Entity assigned to you has a new PEP/sanction event | Sends a notification when an entity with an assessment assigned to you has a new PEP or sanction event. |
Unassigned entity has a new PEP/sanction event | Sends a notification when an entity with an unassigned assessment has a new PEP or sanction event. |
Someone #hashtags an entity assigned to you | Sends a notification when an entity with an assessment assigned to you is mentioned in a conversation. |
File deleted on an entity | Sends a notification when a user has deleted a file on an entity. |
Personal events
Event name | Description |

Someone @mentions you or your team | Sends a notification whenever a colleague @mentions your username or your team's name in a conversation. |
Report requested has completed | Sends a notification when a report you requested is ready for download. |
