Page views
The Entity management page shows a queue of your assessments to work through.
Each row represents an assessment, and the columns show data about the assessment and the entity being assessed.
By default, the Entities under assessment view is displayed. To learn more, see Apply a view.

For each view, you can:
Filter: Determine which assessments are included in the view, such as those assigned to a specific user. See Filter a view.
Sort: Determine the order in which the assessments are displayed; for example, sorted by entity name alphabetically. See Sort a view.
Select and order columns: Determine what data is included in the view; for example, assessment statuses are displayed, but assessment tags are not; and change the order in which the data columns are displayed. See Work with view columns.
Once you’ve organized the table how you want it, you can save these preferences as a view that you can apply at any time. You can also apply views that have been shared with you. You can mark a specific view as a favorite for quick access.
Quick views
Quick views are views that have been set up by Maxsight. These views are always available from the drop-down menu with the filtering, sorting, and columns described here. It's not possible to modify these views, but you can create a custom view that will be available from the drop-down in addition to the quick views.
The quick views available on the Entity management page are:
Name | Description | Filtering | Sorting |
---|---|---|---|
Entities under assessment | Shows all assessments that are in the onboarding stage. | Status is In progress | Most recent Assessment date first |
Assessments under review | Shows all assessments that are in review. An assessment is in review when it was previously passed but now has one or more incomplete tasks. | Status is In review | Most recent Assessment date first |
Assessments in monitoring | Shows all assessments that are in the monitoring stage. | Status is Passed or In review | Most recent Assessment date first |
